Article 1 – Attending appointments

1. Clients must attend their appointments at the agreed time, arriving 10 minutes before the appointment starts. If a client is delayed, they must notify their barber. Late arrival may result in a shorter appointment to avoid delaying the next client. 2. The Barber Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies. In such cases, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 2 – Cancellations

1. Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment. If insufficient notice is given, The Barber Center reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. 2. Cancellations can be made by email. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we recommend using the confirmation email.

Article 3 – Hygiene

1. The Barber Center strives to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Materials and tools are thoroughly cleaned and/or disinfected after each client. 2. Clients are kindly asked to arrive with clean hair and to inform their barber of any skin conditions or infections before the service begins.

Article 4 – Quality of service

The Barber Center is committed to providing professional, high-quality services. Clients have the right to report any dissatisfaction immediately after their service so that appropriate action can be taken.

Article 5 – Payments

1. Payment is due after the service, unless otherwise agreed. The Barber Center accepts cash and electronic payment methods. 2. If payment obligations are not met, The Barber Center reserves the right to refuse further services until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

Article 6 – Liability

The Barber Center is not liable for damage to clients’ personal belongings unless the damage results from the barber’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Article 7 – Privacy

Client information is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Article 8 – Changes to the terms and conditions

1. The Barber Center reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes. 2. By booking an appointment with The Barber Center, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of service.
